KAVIX is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eCommerce platform that enables businesses to sell digital products, services, memberships and other online offers.

KAVIX provides software infrastructure for merchants.

KAVIX is not a bank. KAVIX is not a payment processor.

Payments are securely processed by independent third-party payment providers selected by merchants.

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

Customer Information — when customers purchase from a merchant using KAVIX, we may process:

We process this information on behalf of the merchant.

Payment Information — KAVIX does not store complete payment card numbers. Payments are processed directly by supported payment providers. We may receive limited payment-related information such as:

KAVIX is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

  • Google Ads
  • Server-side tracking
  • UTM tracking

These integrations are configured by merchants.

KAVIX provides the software infrastructure but does not control merchants' advertising practices.

  • Continuous monitoring
  • Audit logs
  • Fraud detection

No internet-based system is completely secure.

While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Provide the Platform

KAVIX does not use confidential merchant content to train public AI models without appropriate authorization or legal basis.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal, operational or product changes.

The updated version will be published with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

21. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) where applicable. Where users are located in other jurisdictions, KAVIX will also seek to comply with relevant privacy laws, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), to the extent they apply.
